Anamey Nava
Anamey was born in Venezuela, from a early age her parents encouraged her to play sports, and decide to pursue swimming following in her dads olympic footsteps. Anamey’s love for fitness started as early as 13 years old joining a world class swim team in Las Vegas, NV. The commitment, passion and pushing herself to the limit was something that came naturally and took those skills from the pool to life.
In college, Anamey majored in Kinesiology at UNLV in hopes of always being close to the sports action and helping athletes. During this time, she met many mentors who influenced her life. These teachers encouraged not only health, but to go out of her comfort zone by participating in triathlons, boxing, and much more. Trainers like Daniel Kane were persistent on form and never giving up. Much of her training style can be attributed to him and much of the “dry land” conditioning that shaped her from a young age.
Anamey is now focusing 100% of her attention on growing the Sweat2Shred community and bringing that same mentality to the masses across the world. She is so excited to show all you S2Ser’s out there that anyone can get an amazing workout in wherever you are in the world with a key focus on diet and nutrition.
Anamey is fluent in both Spanish + English and can assist many clients from all over the world with her diverse background.
